I am beginning to feel the impact of manpower shortage and I think it's going to be worse with the interims and peak upcoming. It's a viscious cycle. I felt even more push factor and I am sure this applies to many others.. This is real bad.. The small carrot they dangle in front of everyone of us has such a weak attraction.
